Pre-Purchase Inspection

A Pre-Purchase Inspection, is a basic requirement when purchasing a new home, this inspection and report will assist you in making an informed decision on your purchase. The inspector knows what to look for and where to look. The property will be inspected inside and out and a fully detailed report will be supplied to you once completed. The report will highlight any problems or issues with the property, so you are fully aware on the true condition of the property. Depending on the age of the home and how the previous owner had been maintaining the property will reflect on the condition of the home. Let the inspector who has the knowledge and eye for detail to inspect the home and complete the report, then you can discuss all the items with the inspector so you have a complete picture of any future costs you may incur.

We are happy to liaise with your agent and or the owner of the property to arrange a suitable day and time for the inspection that suits everyone. If you wish to attend the inspection yourself, that is also fine, but keeping in mind the inspector will be focusing on the inspection.

Costs vary depending on the size of the property and the home and or structures on the property and its actual location. Inspections and reports starting at $395.00.

We can also arrange for an independent pest inspection to be completed as well, the additional costs for this will also be based on the actual size and location of the property.
